I was driving home from work when I heard on the news there was a missing little toddler named Caylee Anthony. She had been missing for 31 days. That was back in July of 2008. Fast forward to now, little Caylee Anthony’s mother, Casey, is set to stand trial in May of 2011.
Immediately after hearing the news report of the then missing CayleeAnthony, I was glued to the TV. Why? Because, how does a little girl go missing for so long without being reported? The Grandparents emerged onto the airwaves with a force to find their missing granddaughter.
The myfoxorlandoblog began to come to life by people all over the country wondering the same thing as me. We chatted with each other, some wrote poems, some said prayers, and most were angry. Many wanted to volunteer to find little Caylee. Many did volunteer. Theories were running rapid. Sadly, the remains of Caylee Anthony were found on December 11th 2008.
To date, hearings have been held in Florida regarding Casey Anthony’s trial. The defense is working hard to save the life of Casey Anthony, who is facing the death penalty for the murder of her daughter, Caylee Anthony.
I haven’t discussed this case on an open platform since 2008. But, I think of little Caylee often.
In my humble opinion, Ido feel that Casey Anthony did in fact kill her daughter Caylee Anthony. First of all, she did not report her daughter missing or kidnapped by Zannie the Nannie. In fact it was Grandma Cindy that made the first call. Grandma Cindy also said that Casey's car smelt like a dead body. Let me say, if you don't know already, that Casey had abandoned her car. She partied while her daughter was missing. Cayleewas found close to her home. She was found in a bag that was similar to a bag that was in the home. There were signs of Chloroform from Casey's trunk and a search done on her computer showed that she researched chloroform. I have followed this case closely. I certainly have an opinion on this case, but I am certain I am not the only one out there with an opinion. I think this will be a high profile trial in our country this year. Have you followed this story? Do you have an opinion on it?
